Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and RELLGO, INC. ("RELLGO," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your access to and use of Skull Link, our website located at https://rellgo.cc/, and related support services.

By installing, accessing, or using Skull Link, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game or related services.

Operator Information

Eligibility

Skull Link is intended for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the game only with permission from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or guardian who allows a minor to use Skull Link is responsible for that minor's use of the game.

Limited License

Subject to these Terms, RELLGO grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to download, install, and use Skull Link for lawful personal entertainment on compatible devices through an authorized distribution channel.

No ownership rights are transferred to you. RELLGO and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Skull Link in a fair, lawful, and respectful manner. You must not:

• Use the game for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful activity.
• Interfere with game operation, servers, security controls, or related systems.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, modified clients, or unauthorized tools.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, copy, resell, or redistribute any part of the game except where applicable law expressly allows it.
• Access or attempt to access data, accounts, systems, or features without authorization.
• Upload, submit, or transmit malicious code, infringing material, abusive content, or false information through support channels.
• Misrepresent your identity or your relationship with RELLGO.

Game Content and Virtual Features

Skull Link is a casual puzzle game. Scores, progress, records, achievements, virtual rewards, or similar in-game features, if available, are provided only for entertainment and gameplay. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, prizes, or real-world goods, and may be changed, reset, limited, or removed as part of normal app operation.

Skull Link does not provide real-money wagering, gambling payouts, cash-out, prize redemption, or monetary value.

Distribution and Third-Party Terms

Your download and use of Skull Link through an authorized distribution channel may also be subject to distribution terms, device terms, payment terms, and policies that apply to your account or device. Third-party SDKs, operating systems, analytics tools, advertising networks, and related services may also apply their own terms.

Where third-party terms apply, you are responsible for complying with them. RELLGO is not responsible for third-party services that we do not control.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected in connection with Skull Link. The Privacy Policy is available at https://rellgo.cc/skulllink/privacy.html.

By using Skull Link, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Ownership and Intellectual Property

Skull Link, including its software, artwork, characters, interface, design, text, gameplay presentation, logos, sounds, animations, and related materials, is owned by RELLGO or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not remove ownership notices, use RELLGO branding without permission, or create derivative works from the game unless we give prior written authorization or the law requires otherwise.

Support Communications

If you contact us, you agree to provide accurate information and communicate respectfully. You grant RELLGO permission to use the information you submit to investigate your request, respond to you, fix bugs, improve the game, and keep reasonable support records.

Updates, Availability, and Changes

We may update, patch, modify, suspend, or discontinue Skull Link or any feature at any time. Some updates may be required for continued use. We do not guarantee that any feature, level, record, reward, or service will remain available permanently.

We may also impose technical limits or take action to protect the app, users, service partners, or our legal rights.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to Skull Link if we reasonably believe that you violated these Terms, created risk for other users or the app, infringed rights, misused support channels, or if action is required by law or store policy.

You may stop using Skull Link at any time by uninstalling the app from your device.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skull Link and related services are provided "as is" and "as available." RELLGO does not promise that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with every device, or free from loss of progress or data.

We disclaim all warranties not expressly stated in these Terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RELLGO, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and licensors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, business interruption, device issues, or lost profits arising from or related to Skull Link.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid directly to RELLGO for Skull Link during the six months before the claim or USD 50, unless applicable law requires a different amount.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RELLGO from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your misuse of Skull Link, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or infringement of another person's rights.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States law, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence may still apply where they cannot be waived by contract.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms when the game, our business, store rules, or legal requirements change. The updated Terms will be posted at https://rellgo.cc/skulllink/terms.html with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Skull Link after the updated Terms are available means you accept the updated Terms.
