1

Scope and Acknowledgment

This policy applies to Lucky Harbor Cards, related mobile app features, official web pages, technical services, and support communications that are operated by RELLGO, INC. ("RELLGO," "we," "our," or "us"). Lucky Harbor Cards is a simulated blackjack-style entertainment game and is not a real-money gambling service.

By using the game or related services, you acknowledge that you have had an opportunity to review this Privacy Policy. If you do not want information handled as described here, do not use Lucky Harbor Cards.

2

Information You Choose to Send

Lucky Harbor Cards does not require players to create an account for ordinary gameplay. We may receive information only when you voluntarily provide it, such as when you email us, submit a support request, or send feedback.

  • Email address and any name or contact detail you include in a message.
  • Support message content, screenshots, device details, app version, or other information you decide to share so we can understand and respond to your request.
  • Follow-up communications related to your question, complaint, privacy request, or technical issue.

We use voluntarily provided information to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve service quality, and keep reasonable business records.

3

Information Collected During Use

When the app, website, or integrated services operate, certain technical information may be generated or collected automatically. The exact data depends on your device, platform, app version, consent settings, and service configuration.

  • Device and app data, such as device model, operating system, language, region settings, app version, screen size, and compatibility information.
  • Usage and gameplay events, such as session timing, round flow, feature use, settings, crash data, performance signals, and aggregated gameplay statistics.
  • Network and security information, including IP address, approximate location inferred from IP, error logs, fraud-prevention signals, and service integrity indicators.
  • Advertising or app identifiers, such as Google Advertising ID, IDFA, app instance identifiers, or comparable resettable identifiers when permitted by law and platform rules.

You may reset or limit advertising identifiers through your device settings. On Android, review Google advertising settings. On iOS, review Privacy & Security and tracking controls.

4

SDKs, Service Providers, and Ads

We may use third-party service providers and software development kits to operate Lucky Harbor Cards and related web services. These partners may process information for purposes such as:

  • Analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, and product improvement.
  • Advertising delivery, ad frequency control, ad measurement, attribution, fraud prevention, and campaign reporting.
  • Cloud hosting, security, content delivery, email handling, and customer support management.

Third-party providers process information according to their own privacy policies and our service configuration. We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Some advertising or measurement activity may be treated as "sharing" or a "sale" under certain privacy laws; choices for those activities are described below.

5

Why Information Is Used

We handle information only for purposes reasonably connected to operating, securing, supporting, and improving Lucky Harbor Cards and related services.

  • Provide app functionality, maintain game performance, and preserve service reliability.
  • Understand crashes, errors, loading issues, device compatibility, and gameplay experience.
  • Respond to support emails, feedback, legal notices, and privacy requests.
  • Protect against abuse, fraud, unauthorized activity, cheating, and security incidents.
  • Measure advertising effectiveness, manage attribution, and show ads where supported by the app.
  • Comply with laws, platform policies, valid legal process, tax obligations, and safety requirements.

We do not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you.

6

Legal Bases Where Required

Where GDPR, UK GDPR, or similar laws apply, our processing may rely on one or more legal bases: performance of a contract when we provide the app or respond to support; legitimate interests in operating, securing, analyzing, and improving the services; consent where legally required for optional advertising, tracking, or communications; and compliance with legal obligations.

You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal or processing based on another lawful basis.

7

Cookies and Similar Technologies

Our website and some app-related web services may use cookies, local storage, pixels, SDK events, or similar technologies. These tools may support security, basic functionality, traffic measurement, error analysis, advertising measurement, and service improvement.

You can manage browser cookies through browser settings and mobile identifiers through device settings. Blocking non-essential technologies may limit some features or measurement functions.

8

Communications

If you contact us, we may reply to your message and send service-related communications about the matter you raised. Where permitted by law and where we have appropriate permission, we may also send updates or announcements. You may opt out of non-essential promotional emails by using an unsubscribe link if available or by contacting us.

Opting out of promotional communications does not stop necessary operational, legal, security, or support messages.

9

Disclosure of Information

We may disclose limited information only when there is an operational, legal, safety, or business reason to do so.

  • To vendors, SDK partners, hosting providers, analytics tools, advertising partners, and support providers that help us provide the services.
  • To legal authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or valid legal process.
  • To protect RELLGO, players, service integrity, legal rights, safety, security, or the public interest.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, transfer of assets, or similar business transaction, subject to appropriate protections.
10

Retention, Local Data, and Deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law, security needs, tax obligations, dispute handling, platform policy, or legitimate business records.

Lucky Harbor Cards does not require account registration and does not maintain persistent, personally-identifiable player profiles for ordinary gameplay. Game progress, settings, and similar app data stored locally on your device are ordinarily removed when you uninstall the app.

You may request deletion or review of personal information associated with support communications or other identifiable records by emailing [email protected]. We will process requests within 30 days unless a different time period is required by applicable law. Some information may be retained when necessary for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or recordkeeping.

11

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, or loss. These safeguards may include access controls, provider security measures, HTTPS transmission, logging, limited internal access, and incident review procedures.

No online service, device, or storage method can be guaranteed to be fully secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device, operating system, and platform account.

12

Age Restrictions and Children's Privacy

Lucky Harbor Cards is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or the minimum age required by law in their location if that age is higher. The services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not knowingly use children's personal information for targeted or behavioral advertising. If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us at [email protected]. After appropriate verification, we will review the request and delete information as required by applicable law, including COPPA where applicable.

13

International Processing

Information may be processed in the United States and in other countries where RELLGO, vendors, platform providers, or service partners operate. Data protection rules in those locations may differ from the rules in your country or region.

Where required for transfers from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or other regions with transfer restrictions, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other safeguards recognized by applicable law.

14

Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is used and disclosed.

To exercise rights, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. We will respond within 30 days unless a different period applies under law. You may also control some advertising and tracking choices through device, platform, or browser settings.

15

We honor applicable non-discrimination requirements.

16

Do Not Track

Some browsers send "Do Not Track" signals. Because there is no single industry standard for responding to those signals, our services currently do not respond to them. You can still use browser, app, platform, and device controls to manage cookies, identifiers, and personalized advertising choices.

17

Policy Updates

We may revise this Privacy Policy when our services, practices, legal obligations, platform rules, or business operations change.
